Kevin is a 23 years veteran in the Global IT and Telecommunications industry with the likes of IBM, HP, CSC, BT, Orange, TaTa, Telstra and other global brand names. Kevin has extensive experience in the areas of IT and Telco Technologies, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security and Fintech, covering various verticals. He has also spent time in Moneygram, and as such has good experience in remittance and payments. Being actively involved in the startup ecosystem, as Entrepreneur in Residence with Startupbootcamp Fintech 2015 - 2016, Kevin has contributed his vast experience to various startups with various domain knowledge. Kevin is a registered mentor at Singapore Fintech Association, and was one of the lecturers for the Singapore Fintech Association Talent Program, with one of modules taught being Startup formation, value creation, and fund raising. He is currently heavily involved in the realm of blockchain and cryptocurrencies, giving advisory to his communities on regulatory updates and the development of STOs. He is also heavily involved in compliance and regulatory advisory for financial services, with focus in licenses and sandbox applications in few jurisdictions. Kevin holds a MBA from University of Leeds, and is pioneer graduate of the MIT as well as the Oxford Fintech Programs, and is as such tied into both Fintech Communities.

Thomas Yong

Chief Operations Officer

Thomas is a fintech, blockchain and crypto economy enthusiast who has invested in various promising startups and business in Asia. He readily gives advice to entrepreneurs and business leaders to help them build strong business foundation. His professional career spans various regional leadership positions with global tech companies and financial institutions such as Cisco Systems, Sybase, Samsung and Coface Asia. He has deep understanding of Asian countries, and extensive experience building business strategy, development and operations in the Asia.

Nizam Ismail

Chief Legal and Compliance Officer

Nizam Ismail has depth and breadth of experience as a senior regulatory compliance professional. He founded Ethikom Consultancy, a compliance-focused business consultancy. He was formerly a Partner and Head of Financial Services in a law firm, and Co-Founder of a compliance consultancy in Southeast Asia. Nizam draws upon his previous regulatory experience as Head of the Market Conduct Policy Division of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, his compliance background as Head of Compliance for Southeast Asia at Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley, and his legal background as Deputy Public Prosecutor/State Counsel at the Commercial Affairs Department and Senior Legal Counsel at Citigroup, to assist global financial institutions, FinTech firms and corporate clients with various legal and regulatory compliance issues. Nizam is also a Fellow at the Singapore University of Social Studies, where he focuses on compliance, FinTech and cryptocurrency regulations. Nizam is the Head of Regulatory and Compliance Sub-committee of BAS which engages regularly with MAS on regulatory matters.

David Armstrong

Chief Financial Officer, FCCA

David qualified as an accountant (FCCA) with PwC for 15 years and worked in consulting and restructuring in London for 15 years, covering mostly financial clients, but also many public sector clients and high profile projects like Lehman Brother which was under PwC administration. David has in recent times, worked with Fintechs from around the world and on transformation projects. He enjoys working internationally and on complex cross border projects and have recently worked with a number of startups in Asia, London, Europe.

Lim Hui Jie

Chief Innovation Officer

Being one of the youngest Executive Directors of a London-listed company at the age of 26, Hui Jie sits on 3 listed companies’ Board of Directors and has successfully listed his own company on the Australia Stock Exchange in 2015 with a market valuation of over US$230 million. He has demonstrated an exceptional ability to provide insight into businesses and advise on a broad range of business issues. Hui Jie is at the forefront of technology adoption and is heavily involved in deep research for newer developments in Blockchain and AI. Hui Jie holds an EMBA jointly offered by Columbia Business School, London Business School, and the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (specializing in Management and Marketing) from Monash University (Australia) and is also a Monash Golden Key Award holder. In March 2020, Hui Jie clinched the Gold Award for National Youth Entrepreneurship Award 2020 in Singapore.

Kingsley Low

Chief Technology Officer

Kingsley is a technology entrepreneur who co-founded VnextGen to develop Workforce Management software with Biometric Access for companies, which has modules to plan for manpower, calculate Over Time and payroll processing. Being a fervent cryptocurrency tech fanatic, he co-founded a cryptocurrency mining service provider which helps in the setting up of mining machines, with planning, installation & maintenance of Crypto Mining Farms. In this setup, he also provides analysis of the most efficient and profitable coins for mining. In a recent capacity, Kinglsey co-founded a Decentralize Logistics Blockchain Platform. He had done Research and Development into the logistic industry to optimize process and operation with the use of blockchain as a technology.
